The Purchaser hereby waives any and all notices of disposition of collateral and sale required beneath the Texas Business and Commerce Code. The Purchaser can also be liable for all other charges because of hereunder, In combination with any attorney’s costs incurred by RIAC, incidental damages, and another damages incurred by RIAC.  Purchaser a
